Bivouac les nomades is a desert camp in the middle of the dunes of chegaga. We also organise desert tours from foum zguid to Erg chegaga and lake iriki, and we also organise a wide range of desert camel trekking from forum zguid to the Sahara of chegaga and lake iriki dunes. We have a park where we will park your small car in forum zguid, and we take the 4×4 to the sahara

It was unbelievable experience. The way to the camp was adventure as we had a tour on the way to the camp - 4x4 ride through the desert with really interesting rock formations (tajin mountain, oasis, fossils, tea break in the the restaurant in the middle of the desert). Once we got to the camp we could see a lovely sunset from the nearby dunes. At night there was a dinner (tajin, veggies, lots of fruits) and campfire with traditional songs. In the morning we had a camel ride during the sunrise. Breakfast (joghurt, egg-based tajin dish, bread, fruits, honey, jam, tea & coffee). The tenets are clean and cosy with clean linen, it was warm at night. You will also get towels. Bathroom also clean. No bugs or anything what we would be scared of. All in all- we got much more than we expected. The location is just amazing. You can see not only sand dunes but all kind of desert on the way, interesting rock formations and mountains. It is really best place to experience the desert.

    Nice accommodation, all very clean, very friendly staff. Very good food in the evening and morning. Safe parking of my motorcycle. Everything was great. I will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

    Abdul was very helpfull abd friendly. He starts to offer the gpx coordinates to Erg Chegaga. For camper and 4x4. A very good idea. People should user this offer to find good and save tracks.. WiFi was good.

    Perfect stuff. Host very friendly. All you need after day on the desert is on place. Great food, walk around historic village. If you want, owner Aziz organize tour on the desert with sleep in tents. Room was very clean.
