According to me the best location and place to stay in Chefchouen - each room is a beautiful surprise - very tastefully decorated and designed to be practical. Loved the terraced effect - the beautiful garden landscape and the cosy dinning area... very lovely property

In the middle of the blue city, perfect sunset views from the rooftop terrace, nearby lots of restaurants cafes and shops. Staff knows their city and can advise and help if needed. Rooms are traditional as is the entire building. It's like staying in a painting.
Everything is clean and since it is a hostel/hotel there is a lot of common areas to meet other travelers and get more tips on the local scene.
At the price it is definitely worth every penny

Terrible experience at this hotel, the owner tried to charge me an extra 20€ because there were 2 people in a room instead of one, whereas on Booking the price difference between one and two people is only 3€. Getting to the hotel is very complicated; there's a very steep climb and the last 50 meters are a dirt path. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in Morocco. Avoid this place.

A ridiculously picturesque city with a quaint Médina to stroll though. An afternoon, dinner, one night and breakfast is likely enough time to explore the area. There are lots of hills/stairs so might not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

It is a more laid back place compared with where we had come from in Morocco ie. the bustling city of Fez -So we instantly felt more relaxed! We mostly enjoyed exploring by walking at our own pace in this pretty town in the mountains. We enjoyed views from rooftops and from the top of the Kasbah. We had good meals- one at the main square a restaurant called Twins which was great for people watching and to see the entertainers! Also the other restaurant we went to twice was called Cafe Clock where there was live music every night and the staff were very helpful and interested in chatting with us..

Picturesque town with lots of photo opportunities and hiking directly out of town. Smallish, but fun Medina which is full of steps and alleys you can get lost in, but easy to get out of as well. A bit touristy but souks are not pushy at all.

Scenic, but lots of tourists (including us!) most handicrafts for sale did not appear to be of high quality; however, some rugs looked quite nice but I didn’t have the capacity (room) to consider purchasing any.

the road up to it is in a terriable state and th elighting is very poor.
If you go in the winter then its just another rainy town.
Lots off ferrel dogs about pulling bins over in search of food and leaving the place less than desirable. Of which the locals were happy about.
So my advice do not go in winter
Choosing this hotel was the best decision we had made on our trip to Morocco. Loved everything about it. Definitely the best view Chefchaouen can offer. Rooms were clean, big and the bed was comfortable. And breakfast was amazing, which was served on the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city. Also the view from our room was unbeatable. The staffs were always very welcoming and helping in any way they can. Our room was also upgraded without any charge. Highly highly recommended.
Casa Amina is a beautiful and unique space in a great location. It became one of my favorite places I stayed in Morocco due to its personality and people. Everything about it feels like a home and the staff is very nice and welcoming. It definitely stands out from your average hotel experience. It is a really relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire place. I loved enjoying a tea or coffee on the roof terrace and the amenities in the rooms. Would definitely stay again!
A lovely little boutique hotel with gorgeous views of the city. The property is atop a small hill and has magnificent views of the city and the surrounding landscape. Please note that you have to climb a few stairs to get to the property and there is no lift. The room was decorated beautifully and the one dinner I had was very good. The staff are warm and welcoming and effortlessly arranged transfers to other cities for me. I would highly recommend this place.
This family run boutique hotel is the best of chefchouan! Not only were they friendly, helpful, extremely hospitable, but they also helped us find the most amazing authentic cooking class and negotiated the price for us! Every morning they prepare the most delicious and extravagant breakfast and they welcome you into their home as if it is your own! we will 100% be back and highly recommend for your stay in this charming city!
Everything is perfect with Dar Jasmine!
The rooms are very well decorated, super clean, and designed with comfort in mind.
The food is super delicious, everything they have is very fresh for both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant feels like home.
The views are incredible.
Last but not least, the staff are very friendly and attentive.
Dar Jasmine definitely delivers a 5 stars luxury boutique stay!
The staff was fantastic. Lotfi was so interesting to talk to and had so much great info. I liked the location of the hotel. Wires got crossed somewhere when I booked and the reservation showed 2 instead of 4 guests, and the superior bungalow with 6 beds that I booked only had 4 beds - not sure why, but it’s all good! I’d try something else in Chefchaouen next time for the value.
I would give it an 11 if I could! Best hotel I’ve stayed in Morocco. the staff is super easy-going and helpful, the breakfast was delicious always, the room was quiet and had a great view of the city. The terrasse is also very very nice. finally, the location was superb!!! we were right next to the entrance to the “blue part” of the city and next to the oficial parking.
It is a pretty little hotel with very comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. The view from the terrace is also really amazing. However, the biggest positive is the staff. They are so ready to help. Ahmed is really enthusiastic and explained us everything to see and do in Chefchaouene. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.
The hotel is located near one of the most beautiful streets with lots of little souvenir shops and photogenic locations. The hotel had all we needed inside and the breakfast was very good, unless you are on a gluten-free diet (in which case I advise to pack your own food to Morocco - they eat bread and pancakes for breakfast 🍞).
We used to travel with bagpack in every cheepest hotels in Morocco, my parents offer me some days in this hotel for my birthday, I won't say here every little gifts they did because you would ask the same but all the staff was very kind and we spend a very good time here. The room was beautiful and the breakfast copious.
They picked us up from the closest parking lot to show us where the hotel is. We had the top room which had tall wide windows so the views were great. We were able to enjoy sunrise from our room. The rooftop is a great way to spend sunset instead of walking all the way to the church with crowds of other people.
Everything was perfect! Very kind and helful host, beautiful big room, stunning terrace on the rooftop, very tasty breakfast with delivery to the room. Free delicious moroccan mint tea. Possible free parking in front of the hotel. Very good localisation. The best experience of Morocco. 100% recommended!
Everything. The staffs were super friendly and helpful! The Japanese are known to be kind but no, they are way more kind. Once you stayed at this hotel, you won’t be satisfied with any other hotels.
nice hotel and nice staffs, the most kindly staffs we met here during our tour in Morocco, and hotel very clean and breakfast very good, you worth to stay here to get more relax
Beautiful little hotel. The garden is beautiful and rooms charming. The breakfast was typical of what you would get at other riads but need to be booked the night before
The boutique hotel is located outside of the old Medina, approximately 15 minutes walking which is a nice stroll. The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful.
