Exceptional. The hospitality we received from this family was top tier. Their personal touches made us feel so welcome in their home & hometown. We had some trouble with our car and they could not have done more to help us. It was incredibly heartwarming and a refreshing moment for humanity.

This riad has a great vibe and beautiful views from the upstairs terrace. The pictures on the website for the rooms (especially the one with ocean views) is not what all the rooms are like though. We had no view at all. The room was very confortable and even with no air conditioning, we got one of the best night’s sleep on our trip as it was plenty cool enough. Dinner was plentiful and good; breakfast served family style was also good, but a bit difficult to get your fill of having to share with so many people. Wine and beer was available. It was an easy walk to the bluffs and the access down to the beach. Finding it is a real challenge (signage would be helpful). The owners and the people helping out were very friendly. It appears to be a very popular place for horseback riding adventures. We just stayed one night, but I could see where a few nights would be nice. All in all a great stay, in a cool if not a bit funky riad.

When you enter through the huge wooden doors you are met with a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility. The owners are amazingly kind and accommodating. Home cooked food was excellent.

Excellent Moroccan meals are served upon request. Beautiful place for nature lovers and walkers including bird watching in river Massa national park. Magnificent ocean waves meet a wide and long sandy beach on the south while sandstone and limestone cliffs stretch for many kilometers to the north. All cave houses on the high shore were destroyed by authorities during the last year and only ruins left. Transformation has started in this rough Atlantic coast.

Our stay at Takad Dream Rural was nothing like we expected. We made a mistake while booking and ended up here. At first we were a little upset to be staying far from the city center or the Medina. However, this ended up being one of our highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the family greeted us and welcomed us as if we were a part of their family. They were so kind, unbelievably generous, and gave us the most wonderful opportunity to experience day-to-day Moroccan life and culture. They cooked big, family-sized meals and sat around the table talking with us for hours. Since they did not speak much English or Spanish, we relied on google translate for much of our conversations and taught each other a little bit of each of our languages. They gave us bicycles to ride down to the nearest beach, to see more of their town, and to find some yummy food. They even taught me how to make tajine and cous cous! They were attentive to us at all hours of the day, always making sure we felt welcome. We learned so much about Morocco and their warm, welcoming culture while we were here and cannot thank our Takad family enough for giving us that experience. We loved our stay so much here and made some true life-long friends. We will absolutely be back to stay here again!
