Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable and had nice touches like a hairdryer, fridge and kettle. The breakfast varied slightly on each day of our stay and was always prompt and delicious. The staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. The hammam was a great experience and highly recommended too.

This place has won our hearts, and we can't wait to return. The delicious, warm breakfasts and the attentive staff added to our wonderful stay. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Our experience was of the highest quality, we enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Palais Medina. The staff were brilliant and showed excellent customer service, especially Hanan who organised our stay. I would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect suited to step into the Old Medina City and located close to shopping malls and eating outlets. We look forward to stay here again
